Structure + Systems = Success

Most people struggle to rinse and repeat because they get bored with the process. I'm going to write that again, so you can really let it sink in. Most people struggle to rinse and repeat because they get bored with the process. Here's why: It's boring to have a set schedule. It's boring to do repetitive asks. It's boring to sell one thing over and over again.

People get bored with the process because structure and systems don't look nor do they feel sexy and real talk, they're NOT. And that's okay, because why structure and systems may not draw attention….they are the things that elevate your life and business. As a Coach, Consultant, and Strategist, it is my job to find the missing structures and systems in my client's life and business. It is my job to determine what is keeping them "busy" but struggling to accomplish their goals.

One of the "red flags" is when people can't tell you what they did in a day, a week, a month, or even a quarter. The reason is that they didn't have a plan for that day, for that week, for that month, or for that quarter. People skip the steps of setting structures and building systems because they tell themselves they "don’t have time. "When the truth is the more structured you are and the more systems you put in place the more time you free up to do other things in your life and business.

And here's the best part technology will actually do a lot of it for you, but you will struggle to know what to use because you have not taken the time to determine what you can actually automate. So let me ask you a few questions. Do you want to stop making costly mistakes? Do you want to build more trust as an authority in your industry? Do you want to stop wasting time? Do you want to increase your bottom line?

Then you'll have to put some structure and systems in place and here are three benefits:

1. Streamlined Operations:

Having structure and systems in place can help you streamline your business operations, reducing the time and effort required to complete tasks. For example, having standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common tasks can help you and your team work more efficiently and consistently while reducing the likelihood of errors or misunderstandings.

2. Increased Productivity:

When you have structure and systems in place, you can work more efficiently and effectively, which can increase your productivity. By creating a schedule or routine for your workday, you can minimize distractions and stay focused on your priorities. This can help you get more done in less time, freeing up time for other tasks or activities.

3. Improved Scalability:

Having structure and systems in place can also help you scale your business more effectively. As your business grows, you will need to delegate tasks and responsibilities to others, and having systems in place can make this process smoother and more efficient. It can also help you identify areas where you can automate tasks or outsource work, freeing up your time and energy to focus on higher-level tasks.

Overall, having structure and systems in place can help you work more efficiently, reduce errors and misunderstandings, and scale your business more effectively. By investing time in creating SOPs, schedules, and other systems, you can free up your time and energy to focus on the activities that will help you achieve your goals and elevate your business.
