Trickle Down Strategy

Whenever I'm asked what formula I use and/or teach for self-development, I share that my preference is what I call the "trickle-down effect."

The trickle-down effect works because you start with one key element and then allow it to affect everything else organically. For self-development, the key elements are the mind, the body, and the spirit. While I would like to say that working on one of the three first is a more efficient route, the truth is I've seen it work when you start with either one of the three.

So for example, when you start working on taking better care of your body as it relates to your physicality, your food intake, your skin, hair, and nails, you start to feel better about YOURSELF as an individual. And the better you feel, the more you crave the feeling of BETTER so you eventually start to seek BEST! And BEST doesn't stop at a healthy body.

You'll start to seek the BEST mindset and an optimistic and faithful mindset eventually TRICKLES down to you desiring a WHOLE and healthy spirit. And here's the best part of this formula. Once you get yourself together personally, your professional life will gain traction from the momentum created by the trickle-down.

And here are 3 bonuses that you'll also be able to benefit from:

1. Increased Energy and Productivity:

When you take care of your body through regular exercise, healthy eating, and adequate sleep, you will notice an increase in your energy levels and productivity. This will enable you to work more efficiently and effectively in your business and get more done in less time.

2. Improved Mental Clarity and Focus:

A healthy mind is essential for success in business. When you take care of your mental health through practices such as mindfulness, meditation, or therapy, you will notice an improvement in your mental clarity and focus. This will enable you to make better decisions, solve problems more effectively, and stay focused on your goals.

3. Increased Resilience and Creativity:

A healthy spirit, which includes emotional and spiritual wellness, can help you develop greater resilience and creativity in your life and business. When you are emotionally balanced and spiritually connected, you are better able to navigate challenges and setbacks and find new and innovative solutions to problems.

Overall, the "trickle-down" strategy has a positive impact on both your personal and professional life. You can elevate your performance in business, improve your relationships, and experience greater satisfaction and fulfillment in all areas of your life simply by being committed to one element.
